It’s August and the holiday season for all, including Parliament, which is currently on its long summer break. However, Employment law/HR news hasn’t ground to a halt and we suggest the following maybe good sun lounger (or rainy day!) reading?! We bring the latest news on gender pay mandatory reporting, National Minimum Wage guidance from the HMRC and the consultation on restricting the use of the term ‘apprentice’.
