Employment Tribunals: Ensuring the performance of your witnesses with Training from Menzies Law

Employment Tribunals are now a fact of life for many companies.  Rising numbers of claims and an increase in the length and complexity of claims means more chances of a claim landing on your desk.

The preparation of materials for Tribunal is daunting enough but the prospect of giving evidence and being cross-examined can be very especially intimidating.

We’ve created a workshop for HR practitioners, executives and managers – as well as anyone who may be required to appear as a witness – to enhance their understanding of Tribunal procedure and etiquette.  Our training develops the skills and confidence required for witnesses to effectively give evidence, acquainting attendees with the experience of giving evidence in a supportive learning environment, rather than experiencing it for the first time in a Tribunal.  If you have a claim which looks to be progressing to ET this workshop would be especially useful.
