This will apply from 25 May 2018.

What’s new?

The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has published clear and helpful details of what guidance on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) organisations can expect to receive: ICO Guidance: What to expect and when.  This guidance will be published on the ICO’s website ‘Data protection reform’, available here.
