1. Employers’ Technical Guide to Shared Parental Leave and Pay

We told you that the Government had published the above guidance in our October Newsflash Shared parental leave and guidance. The Government has now updated this guidance which is available here.

2. Family friendly rights – online calculator

The Government has published an online calculator available here to help prospective parents work out their entitlements to time off and pay on the birth of a child. This takes account of existing maternity and paternity leave rights, and also shared parental leave.
