Government reforms (2): Tribunal fees judicial review

What do we already know?  Scottish law firm Fox & Partners and Unison have both brought independent judicial review proceedings to try to bring an end to Tribunal fees. Unison’s High Court hearing took place on 22 and 23 October 2013.

What’s new? The High Court hearing went part-heard and resumed on 4 November 2013. The High Court has reserved its decision which will be announced in due course – so continue to watch this space for the decision.
