This information-sharing is what is required to meet our regulatory requirements and to learn enough about you to open a file.  We apologise if any of it is inconvenient to provide.

Please note that we will be unable to arrange an appointment for you, open a file for you or start any work for you until we have received the completed information exchange form from you, including a copy of your passport or driving licence photocard.
