People & Strategy Roundtable
One of our HR network events, the Roundtable is regular get-together for senior HR professionals. Here they can share HR strategy ideas, as well as talk about current HR and employment law challenges. These events take place within a relaxed and informal setting. Each session will feature a thought-provoking, interactive and practical presentation on the chosen topic. The session is led by Menzies Law’s leading employment law and HR specialists, with plenty of opportunity for members to shape the discussion.
Recent topics include: Performance Managing – a ‘big picture’ strategic approach to achieving high performance working, taking in cultural, policy, procedural aspects as well as and staff development considerations.
