Newsflash: Big decision time…

You’ll recall we said in our May newsletter that May hadn’t produced much HR/Employment law news. Well, just after we went to press it did and we had a couple of important decisions:

1. the ECJ has decided that commission payments need to be taken into account when calculating holiday pay; and
2. the Supreme Court has decided that partners in an LLP get the protection of being ‘workers’.

We’ll cover these cases in the June Newsletter in the detail they deserve.
