What do we already know?
In our April 2015 Newsletter Case update (1): Holiday Pay and Commission we updated you on the Tribunal’s decision in the case of Lock v British Gas (available here) which held that it is possible to insert into the Working Time Regulations 1998 additional wording such that holiday pay should include an element for commission.
What’s new?
British Gas has lodged an appeal against the above Tribunal decision. British Gas’s solicitors have confirmed that the appeal will probably be heard by the EAT towards the end of this year.
