Newsflash: National minimum wage – guidance

The Government has published useful, updated guidance (available here) on the national minimum wage (NMW). The guidance is intended to assist employers comply with the NMW regulations and includes information on who is entitled to NMW and help with calculating it.

The guidance has also been updated to include a new section on the family member exemption and more information regarding the position for those required to sleep between duties.
