Newsflash: Pay transparency tool

The Government has announced that it will shortly launch an online tool called the “National Minimum Wage Accelerator”. This is intended to make it easier to find out how much employees are paid in different occupations, sectors and regions across the UK. Employees will be able to compare their wages with others in their sector and region, to determine whether they are being paid at the appropriate rate for their role, as well as with those in different sectors and higher pay bands.
