What do we already know?

In our January 2015 Newsflash Tribunal fees we updated you that the High Court had rejected Unison’s second challenge to Tribunal fees. This was despite Unison’s challenge being supported by Tribunal statistics showing a significant reduction in the number of Tribunal claims since the introduction of fees.

What’s new?

UNISON has been granted permission to appeal against the High Court’s rejection of its first and second challenge to Tribunal fees and these will be heard together in mid-June 2015.
