Gemma Lally

Our Consultant Solicitor Gemma Lally specialises in commercial contracts.  After having trained and worked for several years at TLT, a leading Bristol commercial law firm, she has since had a series of in-house legal roles in major UK PLCs, namely BP plc, SuperGroup plc and most recently at BT plc.

Gemma brings to her work for our clients a wide range of experience and skills gained in these earlier roles – including negotiating and reviewing logistics, IT, sponsorship and general procurement contracts and also in advising on how to deal with contracts when things go wrong.

Gemma takes a leading role in our ‘niche’ specialism of recruitment agency fee disputes, helping our clients solve such disputes as swiftly and advantageously as possible, while always keeping in mind that no-one wants to end up in court if they can possibly help it.  She also provides a lot of helpful support to our recruitment agency clients in reviewing and improving their terms of business.
