Our Business Services Director Victoria Thorne comes to us with a background in HR management, bringing with her the ability to fully understand and empathise with the needs of our clients. Victoria is often the first person our clients speak to and is always happy to listen to their concerns to discuss any difficulties they may be experiencing at work.
Victoria also deals with our Recruitment Agency Fee Dispute cases.
Victoria has a wide range of experience in operational business management and corporate services and is a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner as well as being a trained coach, facilitator and trainer. Victoria previously specialised in professional and organisational development, workforce planning and L&D, predominantly advising newly formed housing associations following Large Scale Voluntary Transfer on aspects of cultural change, establishing competency and behavioural frameworks and learning needs analysis.
Victoria has an honours degree in Public Policy & Management and spent much of her career working in the public sector, predominantly within the NHS, social housing and children’s services. She is also currently working towards the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Victoria’s wide-ranging responsibilities include operations, client relationships, admin & finance and L&D.
