Terms and Conditions

For every client with whom we deal, even where the advice we provide is given in only one telephone call or email, our standard terms and conditions and our standard hourly fee rates apply to the provision of that advice. In contacting us for advice you are deemed to accept those terms and conditions and the obligation to pay our standard fees.

Our standard terms and conditions and our standard hourly fee rates change from time to time: please ensure that you are fully aware of them prior to taking any advice from us.

For employers, we also offer annual retainer packages and some fixed fees in certain circumstances.  We would be pleased to discuss such terms with you.
