ACAS has published a discussion paper, Give and take? Unravelling the true nature of zero-hours contracts available here. This analyses queries related to zero-hours contracts received through the ACAS Helpline and looks at recent research and statistics which indicate that the number of individuals employed on zero-hours contracts with no guaranteed minimum hours has gone up.
