The CIPD has published guidance (available here) to help employers with Transgender and non-binary diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace.

The guidance is designed to help employers take an informed approach to supporting transgender and non-binary employees in the workplace. It provides useful practical guidance on how to do so and also tips on how to  to effectively draft a DEI policy and how to best deliver DEI training.
