Guidance: National minimum wage

HMRC have published guidance, forms and case studies (available here) as part of the National Minimum Wage Campaign.

The guidance provides information to employers on how to check that they are paying their employees the National Minimum Wage correctly. HMRC have also published new forms for employers to notify HMRC of any underpayment.
