Newsflash: Guidance on legal highs and data protection for tech

ACAS guide on “legal highs”: ACAS has published a new guide, available here, to help employers deal with legal highs, which are substances which are legal but have the effect of illegal drugs. The guide includes advice on setting policies on drugs and alcohol to include reference to legal highs, as well as how to manage staff under the influence of those substances.
