Yvonne Ramsaran

Yvonne is a senior HR consultant specialising in employee relations work.  She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Yvonne previously worked as a solicitor and has almost 15 years post qualification experience as a litigation solicitor in the public, private and voluntary sectors.  She has also been a lay member of the Employment Tribunals for over 20 years. She been working in HR field since 2007.

Yvonne conducts, or support managers conducting, employee relations cases involving discrimination claims, bullying allegations, disciplinary issues, grievances, poor performance and sickness absence.

She combines working for us with her own independent consultancy work.  Alongside her expertise in conducting workplace investigations, she is adept at dealing with the management of change, re-organisations, TUPE transfers, conducting statutory consultations and negotiating with staff and trade unions.  She has particular experience in the education, housing, public and manufacturing sectors.
