What do we already know?
We told you in our September Newsletter Government reforms (4): Tribunal fees on their way down again that Statistics published in September 2014 for the period of April to June 2014 showed a fall in Tribunal claims for the third quarter in a row.
What’s new?
The number of Tribunal claims being brought continues to decline. Although the Ministry of Justice statistics for July to September 2014 show that the number of claims received increased by 12% on the previous quarter, in fact Tribunals received 61% fewer claims than the same period last year (July to September 2013).
These statistics again confirm the reduction in the number of Tribunal claims since Tribunal fees were introduced.
