Keep on your radar: Did you know that Gender Pay Gap Reporting is being extended?

We always like to give you plenty of time to get your ducks in a row when there is legislative change on the horizon.  With this is mind we wanted to remind you that:

  • from 2024 organisations with 150 staff or more will have to start reporting their GPG
  • From 2025 reporting is going to be extended to organisations with 50 staff or more.
